Chairman ()

Dwayne Milioni has been the Senior Pastor at Open Door since 1999. He and his wife Kay moved to the Raleigh area from Virginia, where they both received Masters Degrees.

Dwayne graduated with his Ph.D. from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, where he enjoys occasionally teaching classes in the area of counseling and preaching. Dwayne and Kay have four children: Cameron (age 19); Victoria (Age 18); Derek (age 16) and Gabriel (age 15).

  Vice-Chairman ()

Bill Curtis, is the Senior Pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church.  He, along with his wife Lyla are a real blessing to the Cornerstone family.  Their daughters, Cherie and Cassie attend North Greenville University.  Dr. Curtis has a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Director of Adminstration ()

Ryan Swisher is the Director of Administration for NACPF. He has been an active member at Open Door Baptist for over 10 years and currently serves as a deacon. He lives in Wake Forest with his wife and 2 sons, and works for Accenture providing Fortune 500 clients with technology consulting services.

Board Member ()

Mike Dodson has served as a pastor and church planter strategist in the Northeast for over 15 years. Mike co-authored Comeback Churches with Ed Stetzer and has also published or edited numerous other books and articles. He is currently Associate Director of North American Church Planting and Assistant Professor of Church Planting and Evangelism at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has an M.Div. from Mid-America Seminary and a D.Miss. from SBTS. Dr. Dodson is also currently serving a National Missionary with the North American Mission Board.
